Goods Delivery Terms and Conditions

1. Delivery Arrangement:

NyooTRON operates as a platform for displaying products and facilitating connections between users and store in-charge personnel.
NyooTRON does not provide direct goods delivery services to end-users.
All delivery arrangements must be made directly between the customer and the store in-charge person or the user presenting the product.
Customers are responsible for contacting the store in-charge or user to arrange and confirm delivery details.


2. Delivery Fee (For User Convenience):

For the convenience of our users, NyooTRON provides an estimated delivery cost calculation of Rs. 700 per kilogram (KG). or any other currency equivalent.
This calculated amount is added to the final bill as an estimated delivery charge.
This is only an estimate and the actual delivery cost may vary.
This estimated fee is not a delivery service provided by NyooTRON.


3. NyooTRON's Non-Responsibility:

NyooTRON is not responsible for the delivery of any goods purchased through the platform.
Any issues or disputes regarding delivery, including but not limited to delays, damages, or non-delivery, must be resolved directly between the customer and the store in-charge person or the user who arranged the delivery or presented the Goods at NyooTRON.
Customers are explicitly advised not to contact NyooTRON regarding delivery-related concerns.
NyooTRON is not liable for any losses or inconveniences arising from delivery issues.


4. User Agreement:

By using the NyooTRON platform, customers acknowledge and agree to these Goods Delivery Terms and Conditions.
Customers understand that NyooTRON is solely a platform for product display and connection, and that all delivery arrangements are independent of NyooTRON.


5. Disclaimer:

NyooTRON makes no warranties or representations regarding the reliability or quality of any delivery services arranged independently by users.


In summary:

NyooTRON provides a platform to connect buyers and sellers, but does not provide delivery. The Rs. 700 per KG is a calculated estimate for user convenience, and NyooTRON is not responsible for any delivery issues.
